As of August 1, 2019, all applications must be submitted to the mcrrc program court director email (jennie.mcrrc@gmail.com). Please do not use any other previous protocols.

Step 2
Send the completed application and supporting documents to the helpdesk email. All of the following documents must be attached for the applicant to be considered.
Medical History Form
Copy of applicant’s criminal history
Copy of applicant’s underlying criminal judgements
DD-214 Certificate of Release from Discharge from Active Duty (Only if applicant served in the military)

A message confirming receipt of application and supporting documents will be sent to the referring party.

All supporting items will be reviewed by the Court Director and treatment team.
step 5
Notice of acceptance into the MCRRC program will be sent to the referring Court Coordinator. At this time, the referring court will need to consent and refer the client’s TN-WITS profile, ASI, and TRAS to the MCRRC Agency. The MCRRC Case Managers will contact the referring Court Coordinator when a bed is available and provide the MCRRC court date during which program admission will take place.
