Sending Mail

Want to send a letter or package to a resident of MCRRC?

  • Outgoing mail will be collected by the Counselors in small group.

  • Incoming mail will be given to Counselors to distribute to residents. Mail must be opened in the presence of a Counselor who may inspect the mail for possible contraband. The envelopes from incoming mail will be shredded by the Counselor.

  • Mail to and from an inmate in a jail, prison, or other institution is prohibited unless approved by the Counselor, Court Director and by the warden, sheriff or person in charge of the other institution. Mail to and from participants in other drug court programs must be approved by the Court Director and the coordinator of that drug court.

  • Residents may not receive packages without a pre-approved package request. Packages may only be received two (2) times monthly.
